HI! I’M JUSTIN LOPEZ,

But friends and family call me Jlo, a nickname I’ve had since middle school. One of my favorite movies growing up was The Wedding Planner with Jennifer Lopez, and watching her work sparked my passion for event planning.

Instead of hanging out with friends after school, I’d come home, do my homework, and watch Oprah. One episode featuring event designer Preston Bailey changed everything for me. I’ll never forget how he demonstrated how to manipulate a rose to make it more dramatic—it was the moment I realized I wanted to create beautiful, unforgettable experiences. I also spent countless hours at Barnes & Noble, immersing myself in event planning books that I couldn’t afford to buy, eager to learn everything I could about the craft.

With years of experience working with major companies like ClubCorp (now Invited) and LiveNation, I founded Justin Taylor Events. My approach to event planning blends creativity, precision, and a commitment to bringing my clients’ visions to life. I focus on crafting personalized experiences that feel truly unique and meaningful.
